How do I know what size will fit me?

How long will it take to recieve my order?

Orders take 3-5 working days from order to delivery.
How do I return my item?

We make everything to order so we try and minimise returns / exchanges so if you need any guidance with sizing do let us know or check our FAQ on sizing. We do understand that sometimes an item just isn't right for you. If that is the case and you would like to return or exchange please see below: - Returns / exchanges are accepted within 14 days - Any returned garment must be unworn, unwashed & in perfect condition - Return postage is the responsibility of the customer - We endeavour to reply to emails within 3 working days For return instructions please email lablabel.info@gmail.com

Are you a sustainable brand?

LAB is striving hard to be planet friendly, we manufacture small in house quantities. So we do not add to the fast fasion problem. In every order we send ways / instructions to recycle your preloved item into another item of use to you. We use paper mailing bags where possible and are very conscious of waste out put. This is something we are constantly trying to improve on.
Are your products organic?

We are working on the whole clothing range to be organic, hopefully this will be next year. If you would like an item to be organic please email lablabel.info@gmail.com
